Currently, we only ship within the UK, Mainland USA and to Canada, but we are working on offering more international shipping options soon!

Creative n' Chaotic is a small business run by me (Mel) and I get support from friends and family here and there to fulfill orders, so this is very much a labour of love! Most likely your order will be handled by either Mel or by a friend or her partner if we have a lot of orders coming in.

No, sorry! We do not have any connection to the carriers and hold no power over their processes. The Creative n' Chaotic team cannot make changes to information, reroute, or cancel shipments that are in transit.

If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

We are not liable for courier delays but will assist in tracking your package if you selected a tracked shipping method. Please allow extra time for delivery before reaching out. You weren't home or available for delivery: Couriers will re-attempt delivery a few times before marking a package as RTS. If this happens as a result of your absence, we can resend your order but we must send you an invoice for additional shipping. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If an item is considered used or not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.

For apparel (t-shirts and hoodies), if your selected size or color is unavailable from our supplier, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or we will process a refund if requested. Usually we will give you an estimate of when the item will be back in stock with our supplier and will give you new estimates on when you would receive your order.
